One platform for HR, payroll and project operations

Evalue8 connects employee records, attendance, statutory payroll and project profitability in a single system, so you close payroll in a day instead of a week and know what every project actually earned.

PF, ESI, PT, TDS and Form 16 built in Live in 2 to 4 weeks No card required

Everything the business runs on, in one record

An employee joins once. From that moment their attendance, leave, salary structure, documents, assets and project hours stay connected. No re-keying between tools, no month-end reconciliation marathon.

Onboard in an hour, not across five spreadsheets

Every employee has one record that follows them from offer letter to exit clearance. Structured onboarding workflows collect what you need up front, so payroll, compliance and IT are never chasing a missing PAN or an unreturned laptop.

  • Centralised employee database with step-by-step onboarding workflows
  • Departments, designations, branches and multi-location org structure
  • KYC, contracts and offer letters stored behind signed, time-limited links, never world-readable
  • Asset tracking for laptops, ID cards and equipment issued to each employee
  • Separation and offboarding flows covering resignation, notice and exit clearance

Attendance that already agrees with payroll

Punches are bucketed by the office timezone and the employee's shift, so a night shift lands on the right day and a Dubai branch does not inherit Delhi's calendar. When a leave is approved, attendance and the payroll register update together, so there is nothing left to reconcile.

  • Punch in and out with shift-aware, timezone-correct day bucketing
  • Configurable shifts and holiday calendars per branch or location
  • Leave types with accrual rules and carry-forward policies
  • Compensatory off earned, tracked and expired to policy
  • Approvals that reconcile attendance and payroll automatically

Close payroll in a day, and defend every number later

Salary structures, statutory rules and attendance already sit in the same place, so a run is a review rather than a rebuild. Lock the period when you are done and the numbers stop moving: arrears, Form 16 and bank files all trace back to what was actually approved.

  • Configurable salary components and full CTC breakdowns per grade
  • A complete run lifecycle with period locking that prevents post-close edits
  • PF split across EPS, EPF, EDLI and admin charges, plus ESI, state-wise professional tax and income tax / TDS
  • Arrears calculated and carried correctly across pay periods
  • Form 16 generation, frozen and versioned per financial year
  • Bank and IFSC directory for disbursement files, with multi-bank and multi-entity PAN / TAN support

Know what a project earned, not just what it cost

Because salary data and logged hours live in the same platform, project cost is real rather than estimated. Set the margin you expect per client or project and see profitability move as time is logged, well before the invoice goes out.

  • Project and task management with a self-assign task model
  • Time logged against projects, ready for billing without a separate timesheet tool
  • Client and contract management alongside the delivery work
  • Project-level cost versus revenue visibility
  • Configurable ROI and margin targets per project or client

The controls your auditor will ask about

Salary, KYC and contract documents are the most sensitive records a company holds. Permissions are granular enough to give a branch HR lead exactly what they need and nothing more, sensitive documents are never publicly reachable, and every change to a slab, a role or an entity is written to a history you can hand over.

  • Role-based access control, scoped down to a branch or a team
  • Master data audit trail with the previous value retained on every change
  • Signed, time-limited links for KYC, contracts, payslips and Form 16
  • Period locking, so approved payroll figures cannot drift after close
  • Separate PAN, TAN and bank accounts per legal entity in a group

The questions employees ask, answered without HR

Payslips, Form 16, leave balances and tasks live in a portal employees can use on a phone between meetings. HR stops fielding the same four requests every month, and task ownership stays clear because people pick up their own work.

  • Payslips and Form 16 downloads, always current
  • Leave applications and live balances, including comp off
  • A self-assign-only task model that keeps ownership auditable
  • Mobile-friendly and deliberately low-friction

Integrations

Evalue8 is the system of record. These connect it to where attendance is marked, money is paid and books are kept.

Microsoft Teams

Employees punch in and out, apply for leave and check balances from a Teams chat. Shift-based reminders catch the punches people forget.

Bank disbursement

Salary files for multiple banks, validated against an IFSC directory before they leave the system.

Accounting & filing exports

Payroll registers, statutory dues and Form 16 data exported in the shapes your accountant and filings need.

One flow, from a joining date to a margin report

Each stage writes to the same record, so the work you do in one place is already done in the next. Nothing is exported, re-imported or reconciled at month end.

  1. Onboard

Add the employee once. Grade, branch, shift, salary structure, KYC and assets are captured in a guided flow.

Creates: employee record, salary structure, document vault
  2. Track

Attendance, leave and project hours accumulate from the web app, the employee portal or the Teams integration, against the right shift and calendar.

Creates: attendance register, leave ledger, billable hours
  3. Pay

Run payroll on the data already collected, review exceptions, then lock the period and release payslips and bank files.

Creates: payroll register, statutory dues, payslips, Form 16
  4. Report

Real payroll cost meets logged hours, so project profitability, compliance filings and headcount reporting come from one source.

Creates: margin by project, statutory reports, audit trail

Configured for the way your industry actually pays people

The statutory rules are the same everywhere. Shift patterns, wage structures and audit expectations are not, so implementation starts from a template built for your sector.

The four things employees need, two taps away

Employees do four things: check what they were paid, apply for leave, mark attendance and pick up work. Evalue8 makes each of them a two-tap job on a phone, so HR is not the help desk for questions the system can answer.

Attendance without a queue

Punch in from the portal or Microsoft Teams, on site or remote, against the right shift.

Leave in two taps

Live balances for earned, casual and comp off, with expiry warnings before they lapse.

Payslips and Form 16

Every cycle and financial year on demand, through links that expire after use.

Approvals in one window

Managers clear leave and attendance exceptions from a single list, not an inbox.

Tasks people pick up

A self-assign-only model, so ownership is explicit and the trail is auditable.

Reminders that land

Shift-based punch nudges through the Teams integration, so forgotten punches are caught before payroll.

Pricing that follows headcount, not module count

Every plan includes statutory payroll and the employee portal. You add depth, such as projects, multi-entity and controls, as the business grows.

Questions buyers ask us first

Not covered here? Write to sales@evalue8.tech and a person who has run payroll will answer.

How is our payroll and KYC data protected?
Sensitive documents (KYC, contracts, payslips, Form 16) are never stored in a publicly reachable location. They are served through signed links that expire in minutes and are logged when used. Access is role-based down to the branch, and every permission-sensitive change is written to an audit trail that admins can review at any time.
How accurate are the statutory calculations?
PF is computed head by head (EPF, EPS, EDLI and admin charges) alongside ESI eligibility, state-wise professional tax and income tax with TDS projection. Rules are maintained centrally and versioned, so when a slab changes we update it and the change is recorded against the master data. Once you lock a period, the figures behind that run stay exactly as approved, including for Form 16, which is frozen and versioned per financial year.
Can it handle multiple locations, entities and shift patterns?
Yes. Branches carry their own shifts, holiday calendars and professional tax treatment, and punches are bucketed by the office timezone so night shifts land on the correct day. Groups running several legal entities can hold separate PAN and TAN identifiers and multiple bank accounts for disbursement, all inside one account.
How long does implementation take?
Most teams are live in two to four weeks. Week one covers employee data, org structure and salary structures; week two runs a parallel payroll against your last closed cycle so you can compare figures line by line before switching. Growth and Enterprise plans include migration support for the first cycle.
What does it connect to?
The Microsoft Teams integration lets employees punch in and out, apply for leave and check balances from a Teams chat. Payroll output includes bank disbursement files validated against an IFSC directory, and exports for accounting and statutory filing.
Do employees need training?
Rarely. Employees use the portal or Teams for the four things they actually do: view payslips, download Form 16, apply for leave, pick up tasks. Because tasks are self-assigned rather than pushed, ownership is unambiguous and the audit trail shows who took what. HR and finance teams get a short walkthrough during implementation.
